By using the accommodation, the guest agrees with the terms of having read, understood and accepted the rules.
The House Rules form is a part of the General Terms and Conditions.
1. The Guesthouse must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival – neat, clean and undamaged.
The holiday home is handed over freshly cleaned and tidy, so we ask you to pay attention to these conditions and keep it clean during your stay. When leaving, please do not leave unwashed dishes, put them in the dishwasher and empty the refrigerator. In the case of unusual, extra contamination resulting from non-intended use, we charge an extra cleaning fee, a minimum of HUF 20 000.
2. The Zalaidill Guesthouse can be accommodated from 15 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Based on prior consultation, depending on the reservation, the dates may be changed upon request.
3. Check-in, i.e. arrival, is operated with a key safe system. By using the Service, the Guest acknowledges that the applicable and valid Law No. 235/2019 on the use of the digital document reader (X.15.) is pursuant to the Government Decree, the condition of “check-in” is the recording of the photo identification document data of the users of the Service with a digital document scanner, which the Service Provider is obliged to transfer to the Guest Information Closed Database. The obligation to present documents is independent of the guest’s age. If the document is not presented, the Service Provider will refuse the accommodation service. In case of service refusal in this sub-point, the Service Provider demands the payment of the cancellation or modification amount specified in point 12. Check-out, i.e. departure, is also operated with a key safe system. A code-operated box is placed on the side of the building to store the keys. When leaving, the Guest places the key in the box provided for this purpose, which the Service Provider can retrieve by entering the code. The departure therefore takes place individually, the presence of the Service Provider is not necessary.
4. Only registered guests can stay at Zalaidill Guesthouse.
It is strictly forbidden to admit persons who are not registered users to the inside and outside of the guesthouse. If the accommodation provider notices persons who are not registered or announced during the booking, the accommodation provider has the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests while retaining the reservation fee (similar to the case of cancellation after the given deadline).
5. For consuming food, please use the kitchen, dining counter and terrace. Eating is prohibited in the gallery, in bed and on the couch.
6. We can only accept children in our holiday home under full parental supervision. (In the case of children, we ask for special attention when using the stairs, the gallery and the jacuzzi. The child’s companions and/or legal representatives are responsible for the child’s safety and the damages caused by the child.)
7. Due to the design of the building and our sensitive guests, unfortunately we cannot welcome pets.
8. The guesthouse is non-smoking! Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are also prohibited in the enclosed space on all levels of the house! It is possible to smoke on the terraces and in the garden, only by using an ashtray! Throwing away cigarette butts in the entire area of the accommodation is strictly FORBIDDEN!
The Guest is obliged to pay for any damages caused by violating the above rules. In case of violation, the Service Provider is entitled to retain the booking fee, refuse to provide further services and demand a fine of HUF 50 000.
The use of open flames (e.g. candles, incense burners) is prohibited in the accommodation.
It is only possible to light a fire in the designated garden barbecue area, after using which please extinguish the fire carefully with water.
9. Device usage
It is not allowed to take out or move anything from the accommodation or the premises, such as furniture and furnishings. In particular, but not exclusively, the use of indoor furniture, bedspreads and pillows on the terrace is not permitted. (The outdoor furniture and cushions placed specifically for this purpose can be used on the terrace.)
Electricity can only be used for household purposes (the use of any electrical devices other than phone chargers and laptops is prohibited, and can only be used after prior consultation and approval). The Guest is responsible for electrical equipment brought in by the Guest and for any damage caused by it.
The use of pyrotechnic devices is prohibited in the entire area of the accommodation, as well as on the section of the connected street.
10. Responsibility of the guest
The Guest uses the accommodation service during the entire stay at their own risk and is fully responsible for the other guests and their behavior as well. This is particularly true in the case of stairs, the gallery, and the use of the net. (only at your own risk and with proper use).
10. Vandalism and damages
a) In order to preserve your valuables, please keep the gate and the house locked at all times.
The Service Provider is not responsible
– for damages caused by the Guest himself,
– for damages caused by force majeure ?,
– for personal items, valuables, and cash left in the Zalaidill area or in the parking lot. When using the Service, the Guest is obliged to take care of, protect and preserve his personal belongings and valuables in the accommodation area at his own responsibility.
The Guest is obliged to report the damage to the Service Provider immediately and to provide all necessary data to clarify the circumstances of the damage.
As a service provider, we do everything we can to ensure the safety of our guests, but we cannot take responsibility for their personal belongings in the house or in the parking lot, as well as for personal injuries resulting from improper use of the house and its surroundings, as well as for damages caused in the house or for personal belongings left behind.
b) The Guest is obliged to bear responsibility for any damage he/she causes to the Service Provider or to a third party. (Case of damage committed by the Guest or his companion, or by persons under the supervision of any of these persons.) The Guest’s obligation to compensate exists even if he is entitled to demand compensation for the injured person’s damage directly from the service provider.
On the basis of the above, the Guest is liable for damages to the Service Provider for damages caused by him to the Guesthouse or its equipment through carelessness or intentionally. The Guest must report the damage to the Service Provider immediately. If, despite the above, the Service Provider is not notified of the damage by the Guest, the Service Provider will take a photo of the damage and forward it to the person causing the damage. The amount of compensation depends on the nature of the damage, which is determined by the Service Provider or its representative. The causer of the damage and the Contracting Party (Guest) are jointly and severally obliged to pay the Service Provider for the damage caused.
11. Use of a security camera
The exterior area of the property is equipped with a security camera solely for property and accident protection reasons. By entering the property, the Guest consents to being recorded. The recordings are stored in the electronic system for 1 month, after which they are automatically deleted.
12. Holding parties, being loud, listening to loud music, and shouting are not allowed in the Zalaidill area, regardless of the time of day. The operator is entitled to warn the disruptive guest, and if he does not suspend his disruptive activity even after being prompted, the operator is entitled to expel him without compensation or repayment obligation.
In case of violation of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days.
Usage of jacuzzi
- Be careful when entering and exiting the pool due to the risk of slipping.
- Everyone can use the jacuzzi only at their own risk.
- Jumping into the jacuzzi is dangerous and strictly FORBIDDEN!!
- It is strictly forbidden to bring food, drink, glass, glass or plate into the jacuzzi!
- Do not put shampoo, shower gel, foam bath, bath salts, essential oils or scented bath balls in the jacuzzi water. The above may damage the structure of the hydromassage system due to their chemical substance and small particles.
- Before using the jacuzzi, a thorough shower is mandatory, thereby reducing the entry of the above foreign substances and other impurities into the jacuzzi water space.
- Climbing, standing, sitting, or lying on the thermal roof is FORBIDDEN!
- If the jacuzzi is not in use, always put the safety thermo cover back and set the temperature to at least 35 degrees.
- Children under the age of 7 cannot use the jacuzzi! Even over the age of 7, they can only use it with continuous parental supervision and only at their own risk.
Any damage caused by violating the above rules (e.g. the cost of cleaning and refilling the jacuzzi water if it is contaminated) is the responsibility of the Guest to pay.
Regardless of the above, if the Guest requests the jacuzzi to be refilled and cleaned during their stay, the fee is HUF 15,000/occasion.
Usage of Finnish sauna
Everyone can use the sauna only at their own risk, in compliance with the rules.
- It is recommended to take a shower before using the sauna, then wipe dry!
- Wearing jewelry and glasses can cause dangerous burns!
- Eating and drinking is prohibited!
- Entry in a towel, without slippers. (It is forbidden to enter the sauna in slippers or other footwear.)
- The use of a towel or sauna sheet is mandatory when sitting on the sauna bench! Place a towel under you, for your own sake and that of others, for hygiene reasons, your body should not come into contact with the bench!
- Dwelling time: 10-15 minutes, after cooling down and a break of at least 20 minutes, this can be repeated a maximum of 2 times.
- It is forbidden to apply or splash any liquid, even sauna oil, on the body. The sauna stove can only be poured from a bucket, with the pouring spoon placed in the bucket. Never pour essential oil directly on the stones, on the stove.
- Taking a shower after sauna is highly recommended, it helps to remove toxins!
- The sauna is not recommended for children under the age of 14!
- Children under the age of 16 can only use the sauna under the supervision and responsibility of an adult or a parent.
The sauna may not be used by patients with fever or infection, who have open wounds, as well as those who are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic, intoxicating or mind-altering substances.
