This includes natural persons visiting the website or making reservations, as well as representatives and contacts of legal entities.
The material scope of these regulations encompasses all activities of the enterprise involving the processing of personal data as defined in point 2 of § 3 of Infotv.
Zalaidill Guesthouse processes personal data solely for specific purposes, to exercise rights and fulfill obligations, to the minimum extent necessary, and only for the duration required to achieve these purposes. Data management must always align with its intended purpose. If the purpose of data management ceases or becomes otherwise illegal, the data will be deleted. If an individual subject to these regulations becomes aware that the personal data managed by Zalaidill Guesthouse is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, they must correct it or request its correction from the Data Controller.

Reservations are subject to confirmation by the Data Controller (Operator) via email. The Data Controller receives reservation form data directly by email.

The purpose of data management is to simplify the accommodation reservation process, making online booking smooth and convenient. The legal basis for data management is the express and voluntary prior consent of the person initiating the online reservation.

Need for the Personal Data Provided by the Data Subject:
- The online booking process initiated by the data subject.
- After the email confirming the reservation, the reservation becomes final upon payment by bank transfer. The Operator will issue an invoice for the transferred amount, requiring the User’s booking name and address. As a Guest, the User’s data is also recorded in the “My Guest” application and used for the tourist tax return. The “My Guest” application is a simplified guest registration tool provided free of charge by the Hungarian Tourist Agency for accommodations with a maximum of 8 rooms and 16 beds. The Data Controller uses this system to fulfill its legal data provision obligations.
- The Data Controller also operates social networking sites for marketing purposes, allowing interested parties to learn about the Zalaidill Guesthouse and its services. The legal basis for data management is the consent of the data subject. Zalaidill Guesthouse ensures that unauthorized persons cannot access personal data, and that personal data is stored securely to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
- Anyone can access the Zalaidill Guesthouse website without revealing their identity or providing personal data and can freely obtain information from the website and its linked pages. However, the website collects unlimited and automatic information about visitors. No personal data can be obtained from this information, so it does not fall under the scope of Infotv.

A Google nem kapcsolja össze a sütik által generált információkat más adatokkal, éppen ezért a hatályos adatvédelmi szabályozás alapján nem valósítja meg személyes adatok kezelését. A honlaplátogató böngészője megfelelő beállításainak kiválasztásával visszautasíthatja a sütik használatát. A weboldal használatával a honlaplátogató hozzájárul adatainak feldolgozásához a fentiekben meghatározott módon és célokra.

Users can contact the Operator as a data controller based on Infotv., or they can address complaints directly to the National Data Protection(NAIH) and Freedom of Information Authority, and assert their claims through the courts.

The Operator reserves the right to amend the Data Management Notice, however, it will be displayed on its website with the effective content, which is accessible and public at all times. The amendments are effective only after publication, but the Operator is not obliged to send a separate notification of the amendments to the Users.
