Everyone can use the sauna only at their own risk, in compliance with the rules.
- It is recommended to take a shower before using the sauna, then wipe dry!
- Wearing jewelry and glasses can cause dangerous burns!
- Eating and drinking is prohibited!
- Entry in a towel, without slippers. (It is forbidden to enter the sauna in slippers or other footwear.)
- The use of a towel or sauna sheet is mandatory when sitting on the sauna bench! Place a towel under you, for your own sake and that of others, for hygiene reasons, your body should not come into contact with the bench!
- Dwelling time: 10-15 minutes, after cooling down and a break of at least 20 minutes, this can be repeated a maximum of 2 times.
- It is forbidden to apply or splash any liquid, even sauna oil, on the body. The sauna stove can only be poured from a bucket, with the pouring spoon placed in the bucket. Never pour essential oil directly on the stones, on the stove.
- Taking a shower after sauna is highly recommended, it helps to remove toxins!
- The sauna is not recommended for children under the age of 14!
- Children under the age of 16 can only use the sauna under the supervision and responsibility of an adult or a parent.
The sauna may not be used by patients with fever or infection, who have open wounds, as well as those who are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic, intoxicating or mind-altering substances.
